Prices, inclusions, shot counts, player requirements, slot lengths and offers are those displayed at the time of booking unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. A booking is subject to availability and is not finally confirmed until the applicable booking process and required payment or deposit have been completed.

Participants must follow staff instructions and all arena safety rules, use required protective equipment correctly, behave responsibly, disclose any circumstance that may materially affect safe participation, and refrain from intentionally unsafe, threatening or abusive conduct. Headshot may stop or refuse play where reasonably necessary for safety, rule enforcement, equipment protection or the welfare of other participants or staff.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Manipulating scores, impersonating another player, abusing booking or queue systems, attempting unauthorised access, cheating or deliberately interfering with Headshot systems may result in suspension, cancellation or restriction of access.

Session times, field allocation or availability may need to change because of weather, equipment failure, public-safety requirements, official directions, venue closure, transport disruption, utility failure or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to offer a reschedule, credit or refund where appropriate and where required by applicable law.

The Headshot name, branding, original graphics, website design, photographs, videos and other owned content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Paintball is an active recreational activity and involves inherent risks. The separate Safety, Liability & Participant Waiver forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Headshot against third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising directly from your intentional misconduct, unlawful conduct, material breach of these terms, deliberate violation of safety rules, damage you intentionally cause, or misuse of equipment. This clause does not require you to indemnify Headshot for liability that applicable law does not permit Headshot to shift or exclude.

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through Headshot's customer-support channel. These terms are governed by applicable law in force at the venue. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from exercising a right to approach a court, consumer commission or other forum where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.

Place names and geographic references on this website are used only to identify our venue, service area or travel location. They are not intended as a political, constitutional or territorial statement.
