Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This policy explains how Headshot Paintball ("Headshot", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you use our website, create an account, make a booking, join a match queue, contact us or otherwise use our services.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Headshot, we may collect your name, warrior/profile name, email address, phone number, gender, location, booking details, selected package, player count, booking date and time, account identifiers, match statistics, support enquiries and other information you voluntarily provide.
We may also process technical information reasonably required to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, session information, security logs and diagnostic data.
Payments
Online payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider such as Razorpay. We do not intend to store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or other payment instrument credentials on Headshot systems. Payment providers may process transaction and payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Why we use information
We use information to create and maintain accounts, process bookings, manage schedules and match participation, communicate booking or service updates, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, improve our services and keep records reasonably necessary for business, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Sharing
We may share information only where reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate Headshot, such as hosting, authentication, database, payment, communications, analytics or professional advisers; where required by applicable law or lawful process; to protect safety or legal rights; or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell personal data as a business model.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, maintain legitimate records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
A person under 18 must not independently provide consent where parental or lawful guardian consent is required by applicable law. For participation, booking or profile features involving minors, we may require parent or lawful guardian authorisation and may limit features until appropriate consent is confirmed.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other available action relating to your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Use the official customer-support/contact channel displayed on our website and identify the account or booking concerned so we can verify and respond to the request.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page will carry the updated date.
