Service Delivery Policy

Headshot primarily sells in-person recreational services and bookings. We do not physically ship a paintball booking to the customer.
How the service is delivered
A confirmed booking is delivered in person at the Headshot venue for the selected or confirmed date and time, subject to the booking terms, availability and safety requirements. Customers should arrive with enough time for check-in, briefing and equipment preparation.
Booking confirmation
Where online booking is available, confirmation may be shown on the website and/or sent using the contact information associated with the booking. Keep the booking reference available for check-in and support.
Physical merchandise
If Headshot later offers physical merchandise for delivery, the applicable delivery charge, estimated dispatch/delivery timeline and any merchandise-specific return terms will be displayed before purchase. Until such a product is offered with delivery terms, this policy applies to service bookings only.
